Deposit Policy

$30 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit

To secure your appointment with Estelicia Braids, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

How the Deposit Works

  • The $30 deposit reserves your appointment date and time.

  • The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a larger deposit for future bookings.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule their appointment once if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

  • The original deposit may be transferred to the new appointment date.

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to book again.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule based on the stylist’s availability.

  • In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to secure another appointment.

Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance for your service is due at the completion of your appointment.

  • Any additional services requested during the appointment may increase the final cost.
