Deposit Policy
$30 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit
To secure your appointment with Estelicia Braids, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
How the Deposit Works
The $30 deposit reserves your appointment date and time.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a larger deposit for future bookings.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment once if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
The original deposit may be transferred to the new appointment date.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule based on the stylist’s availability.
In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to secure another appointment.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance for your service is due at the completion of your appointment.
Any additional services requested during the appointment may increase the final cost.
